Can I bring my children on this trip? How about senior citizens?

We have taken quite a few families on whitewater rafting trips. It is a great experience for families as the rapids are fun and the risk factor is manageable. Children have to be good swimmers and 12 years and above. They must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. As for seniors, we've taken a 65 year old mom on whitewater trips!

When do you run these activities? Is it every week-end or is it by appointment only?

We can run trips anytime to suit your group. You have to book ahead of time with the Nomad Adventure office.

How do I book if I am interested? And what is the latest date I can book before the actual activity day?

The earlier you book, the more likely you will get the date you want. But you need to book at least 2 working days before your trip. When you have your date and numbers, call or email us and we will let you know if the date you want is available. When your trip date and time is agreed upon, you will need to put down a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. When we receive this, we will send you a trip confirmation document by email or fax.

This document will have give you all the necessary trip information, the appointed meeting place for the trip and your river guide's hand phone number should you need to call them on the day of the trip.

There is specific minimum number of participants for each Adventure Trip. What if I have less?

We will try to fit you in with another group. Do leave us with your e-mail and phone number and we will drop you a line when we have a trip with some free spaces in it. If the date of the trip suits you, then just sign up!
